Let's get started! Self pay can be in cash or credit card. $200 today confirms your appointment. At the day and time of your testing , you will be expected to pay $300 and then $500 when the report is presented. The deposit is a non refundable fee. Please give at least a 24 hour notice to avoid deposit loss.
